Sidewise Mitts elevate a classic accessory beautiful lateral braid detailing. Instructions are included for both fingering and worsted weight yarn with four sizes available in this traditional cuff to top of mitt construction with thumb gusset. Knit these up in a solid color for a more subtle look or follow the color modification instructions for a 2 or 3 color mitt that truly pops!
Haven't knit lateral braids before? No worries! The pattern includes video tutorials for the techniques you'll need to knit these socks, including minimizing the jog at the end of the round and resolving those pesky elongated stitches that tend to happen after working a lateral braid.
